The full privacy policy covering bizav.ai and the AIRA mobile app is with our counsel for review and will be published here. This page will keep the same address when it is.
What applies today
- We collect only what the service needs in order to work: your name, email address, company and role, an account identifier, and the messages you exchange with the assistant.
- We do not collect location, contacts, photographs, calendar, health data, payment details or advertising identifiers.
- We do not use tracking technologies, we do not serve advertising, and we do not sell personal data.
- Message content is sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, so that a reply can be generated. Authentication, storage and hosting are provided by Google Firebase. Both act as our processors, on our instructions.
- Our servers are in the United States.
- You can delete any single conversation, or your whole account and everything in it, from inside the app under Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
