About AIRA
AIRA is an AI assistant for business aviation, built by bizav.ai for the professionals who buy, sell, finance and manage aircraft. It answers questions about aircraft, specifications, market activity and valuations in plain language, and it is available as a mobile app for iPhone and Android.
AIRA's replies are generated by an AI model and can be wrong. Verify anything you intend to rely on before acting on it — see the Terms of Service.
Getting help
Email support@bizav.ai with your question. Include the email address on your AIRA account, your device and OS version, and — if you are reporting a problem — what you did and what happened instead. That is the fastest route to an answer.
We aim to reply within one business day.
For data protection and privacy requests specifically, write to privacy@bizav.ai. Both addresses are read by a person.
Requesting access
AIRA is invite-only. It is not open to general sign-up. Access is granted in two ways:
- Through your organisation. If your company already uses the bizav.ai platform, AIRA access is included in that agreement. Ask your bizav.ai administrator to add you, and you will receive an invitation by email.
- By individual invitation. If your company is not yet a bizav.ai customer, email support@bizav.ai with your name, company and role in the industry. We will follow up about access.
Downloading the app without an invitation is fine — you can install it, but you will need an invitation to sign in and use it. There is nothing to buy inside the app: it contains no purchases and no subscriptions. Where access is paid for at all, it is arranged under a separate agreement with your organisation.
Reporting a problem with a reply
Every reply in the app has a reporting control. If AIRA produces something inaccurate, harmful or inappropriate, please use it — reports are reviewed by our team. You can also email support@bizav.ai.
Deleting your account
You can delete your AIRA account at any time, from inside the app:
- Open AIRA and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
This removes your account and all of your conversations. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone — there is no recovery window and we cannot restore a deleted account.
You can also delete an individual conversation without deleting your account, by removing it from your conversation list.
If you cannot access the app to delete your account, email support@bizav.ai from the address on the account and we will do it for you.
